Baby Elephant Killed by Train in Guwahati Pictures
Villagers found seriously injured slonenka, who was shot down by train to Deepor Beel Bird Sanctuary on the outskirts of the city of Guwahati, north-eastern India. As the group of wild Asian elephants lodged recently in the area, a monastery in search of food, iron elephant crossed the road, was hit by the train.
For the revival of the kid needed a crane to transport the injured animal to the state zoo.
