Ingridents:
- Paneer – 150gms.
- Onion – 1 medium size
- Green chillies – 2 pieces
- Gingergarlic paste – 1/2 tsp
- Redi chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – a pinch
- Curd – 2 tsp
- Oil – 2 tsp and (to fry paneer pieces)
- Water – 1/2 glass
- Salt – to taste
- Coriander leaves
Masala Ingridents
Method:
- Cut the paneer into cube sizes and fry them snf keep them aside.
- Next take a pan, heat the oil and add green chillies,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste, turmeric and onion till it turns golden colour.
- Now add paneer pieces, red chilli powder,salt and grinded masala and cook for 3 mins.
- Now add curd and some water close it with lid and cook for another 5 to 10 mins in medium flame .
- Now sprinkle coriander leaves and remove from the flame.
- Paneer Kurma is ready to serve.
