Ingredients:
- Paneer – 150gms
- Palak – 1 whole bunch;
- Green Chillies - 3
- Onion – 1 medium size
- Ginger- Garlic paste – 1/4 tsp
- Dhania and Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Cream/Milk – 4 tsp
- Ghee/ Butter – 2 tsp
- Oil - 6 tsp (frying)
- Salt – to taste
- Coriander leaves
Method:
- Cut Paneer pieces in cube size. Heat the oil and fry them for 1 min
- Cut/tear the spinach and green chilles
- Heat the oil add green chillies , and then spinach and saute till it leaves the oil.
- Keep it aside and when it cools blend it into paste (add little bit of water if needed).
- Take a pan and pour ghee or butter , then ginger-garlic paste, onions till it turns light golden brown.
- Next add Palak paste, Dhania-Cumin powder,salt, Red chilli powder cook it for 2 mins.
- Next add paneer pieces and add cream or milk, saut it for 2 mins
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and palak panner curry is ready to serve .
