Pregnancy Changes in Eight Month :
This is a crucial month for a mom as, some moms experience labor by the end of this month. The babies born in this month have 90% chances of survival .
Changes Mom see in baby’s growth:
- You baby’s growth is rapid and Mom’s have to take more healthy diet fruits and more juices and water.
- Your baby actual moving movement will be reduced as he/she is becoming bigger.
- Your baby will have a matured lungs .
- Your baby will have a remarkably strong immune system
- Your baby will gain at least two pounds by the end of this month.
- In this month there will further weight gain at maximum capacity.
- Your baby will be planning to move to your pelvis and may be by end of this month.
- In this month he/she is resting deeper in your pelvis.

Changes Mom Experience this Month:
- Moms can experience some itchy red bumps on their belly or around thighs , as they are harmless which is normal in pregnancy. If the Itchy is all over body do call your doctor.
- Mom may have mild lightheadedness and blood tends to pool in the lower limbs, resulting in low cranial blood pressure. So avoid long sit ups and do sit and get up nice and slow..
- Some mom may experience sleep all day but have trouble sleeping at nights. and their anxiousness and daydream more of their new baby.
- Your tummy has continued to grow and unbelievingly will continue growing in the next few weeks
- Your doctor will have started monitoring cervical effacement (thinning of the cervix) and dilation in order to predict labor. If your cervix is already dilated labor is probably neary by, but for some moms have a dilated celvix for a couple of days prior to labor.
- If your baby drops into your pelvis, you may need to urinate more often.
- Try yoga, swimming and light exercise to help relieve some of the pain you experience.
Your baby may weight between 4 to 6 pounds (5 lbs) and measures aroound 17 to 20 inches in height.
Those who are first time moms make sure and openly discuss openly about blood, sweat, mucous, labour pushings and how will be the labour pains and all. If mom is experience any spotting, or discharge anything unusual in consistency and/or coloration, call your doctor. Do call your doctor if you experience any of following this conditions ;
- Any Vaginal Bleeding or watery discharge.
- Serverial abdominal pain more than 5 to 10 mins.
- Plain while urianting or any dischage while urinating.
- Changes in fetal movements , whether increase or decrease.
- Any unusual changes in your body, over urinating or motions or vomitings.
- Visual problems or any Blurred Vision.
