Acne which also refered as Pimples is the result of blckage of skin pore. The pimples are more arisingfrom the age of 12 to 30 years as there are changes in hormones occurs in between these age and also genes/genetics. It is disturbing when there are pimples and the spots they leaves.

- Wash your face daily 3 times a day as it removes the dirt and reduces the bacteria.
- Sqeeze lemon water in a mug and splash it on your face 2 times a day.
- Apply paste of methi leaves paste + turmeric on pimples.
- Apply the paste made from methi leaves and leave it overnight and face your ace in the next morning.
- Rub garlic on your face.
- Rub ice cubes on pimples and scars, they will be reduced slowly.
- Try egg yolk + honey on pimples for 30 min and wash your face in the morning.
- Apply 1 tsp of lemon juice + 1tsp of cinamon powder on pimples
- Apply raw papayya on your face reduces pimples and glow in your skin
- Use vitamin E oil on your face and apply multani mitti as face pack on your face.
- You can apply Ale vera whitepulp on your face or aleovera gel.
- Use tomato pulp + rosewater + honey on your face.
- Apply 1tsp glycerin and 1 tsp of lemon juice, mix them and apply on pimples.
Also Drink plenty of water , balanced food and include lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Try to reduce incare of heavy fat, oily foods, fast foods. Avoid using harsh elements in exposing your skin and reduce stress in your work or studies as they can result in increasing pimples.
